Your Right to Object: You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling, and to direct marketing. See Section 7.

2. Personal Data We Process
We process contact details (such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and country), the content of your inquiries and our correspondence, data related to our business relationship, technical data (such as your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, and information about your device and your use of the Website), and your newsletter and cookie preferences.
We obtain most of this data directly from you. We may also receive it from your employer or from our distributors, and we collect publicly available information about your company and your professional role, as described in Section 4.
3. Why We Use Your Personal Data
- Inquiries and Product Files: To answer your inquiries, prepare quotations, send the files you request, and follow up on your request. If a distributor serves your region, we pass your inquiry to that distributor. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Business Relationships: To conclude and perform contracts with our customers, distributors, and suppliers and to communicate with their contact persons. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legal obligations, such as accounting, tax, and export control obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in managing our business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Sales Management: To keep records of inquiries and business contacts in our CRM system and to prioritize and route them to the right team member or distributor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in organizing our sales activities (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Export Control and Regional Content: To determine your approximate location from your IP address, to screen inquiries and downloads for compliance with sanctions and export control laws, and to show content relevant to your region. Legal basis: our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing the unauthorized export of our technology and showing relevant content (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website Operation and Security: To operate and improve the Website, understand which content our visitors use, and protect the Website against spam, bots, and misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and useful Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Newsletter: To send you our newsletter and measure whether it is opened and which links are clicked. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.
- Analytics and Advertising: To measure the use of the Website and the results of our advertising, and to show our ads to people who have visited the Website. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). See the Cookie Policy below.
- Legal Claims: To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our rights (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Research of Business Inquiries
When you request files or a quote, we use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to look up publicly available information about your company and your professional role, such as your company’s field of business and your job title. The research is limited to professional information and does not cover your private life, family, health, or finances. We use the results to understand your request and to route it to the right person or distributor. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries efficiently (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this research at any time.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
5. Recipients and International Transfers
We share personal data with:
- our authorized distributors, which handle inquiries from their regions as independent controllers;
- service providers that process data on our behalf, such as providers of hosting, website security, email, CRM, AI-assisted research, analytics, and IT services;
- Google, which receives data through our advertising tags if you consent to advertising cookies and processes it as an independent controller;
- carriers, banks, professional advisers, and public authorities, where necessary or required by law.
Some recipients, including some of our distributors and service providers, are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. We transfer data to them on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses. You can request a copy of these safeguards at info@rfspin.progresium.cz. We do not sell personal data.
6. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which we collected it:
- inquiries and related records for up to 3 years after our last contact with you;
- contract, accounting, tax, and export records for the periods required by law, generally up to 10 years;
- newsletter data until you unsubscribe;
- security and download logs for up to 12 months, and analytics data for 14 months.
We may keep data longer if we need it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, and receive the data you provided to us in a portable format. Where we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Right to Object: You can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling such as the research described in Section 4. We will then stop the processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the data for legal claims. You can object to direct marketing at any time without giving any reason.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@rfspin.progresium.cz. We will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk.
